I love it when you have a moment with a family member that really makes you appreciate who they are. On the W/E it was one of my good mates 21st me and my BF and his Bro crashed at Rob's (It was Rob's 21st) place for the night.

The next morning i was a wake at like 7 am while the others were trying to stay asleep to sleep off the hang overs so i decided to go see my aunty and grandparents as the lived down th e road.

But my Aunty and her kids were out and my Grandmar was shopping and getting her hair done So it was just grandpa that was home. NOW i love my grandad but over the years he has been known to get a bit of a nasty streak he just says things to blunt and really hurts people.

I had been conflicted for a while because growin up i looked up to grandad heaps and i have been struggling to get any closer to him or spend really qualitly time with him because i know he isnt well and apart of me wants to remember him as nice and sweet and funny. Not this mean man he can be.

HOWEVER, on the W/E he was great we chatted for about an hour and a half till the BF called me to come pick them up. IT was just nice to see him back to his old self. I am quite lucky to have such an awesome family!

That is all just wanted to remember how i feel about family right now!

Twilight

OK so for those of you out there that havent read the books... DO IT. I am hooked love love love it... Has a kind of Modern Romeo and Juliet sence to it only with Humans and Vampires Which are made of WIN!!!!!

I Read the First book Twilight cos my crazy but totally awesome Best friend practically made me it was that or she was tieing me to a chair and making me listen to her read it. AND i am soooooo glad i did.  I love it.

I read the second book (New moon) and the Third book ( Eclips ) in like 2 days each which is good for me because i am a slow reader... Usually anyways.

The finaly book was released on Monday just passed the 4th Aug and i am about 500 Pages into it about 10 chapters from the end. And i tell you having to work is killing me. All i want to do is read. SO tonight i am reading all the way hopefully all night. Cos i have to know before some DOOOSH bag spoils the ending.

AND THEN i will be nagging my bestie to finish her darn book, this girl is one of the best readers i know who can finish a book in a day and she is obsessed like I am. AND she started the obsession HOWEVER, she has only just finished the first part of the final book (its split into 3 parts). SO i will be getting her into gear to finish so we can have MASSIVE discussions about allllll of it.

NEWAYS READ THE BOOKS! There was a write up in the paper that the aurthor Stephanie Meyer is the Next J.K Rowling. And the tag line was "Move over Harry Potter" Now I love Harry Potter and Twilight But i have to say i dont think anyone could kill HP partly because it got so many kids into reading and set the path for imagination.

I think the Twilight series is more of an Older taget audiance rather than HP which was for all ages. Either way they are both made of win.

SO as much as i am ashamed to have this logo on my page this needs to be said. Freo players and most supporters are PATHETIC. (I say most cos there are some good eggs out there).

I was listening to the radio this morning where they were talkin about how this coming weekend in the western derby (two home town teams who yeah hate each other clash at Subie oval) that shaunie Mac is playing his last game and retiring.

And what was the first thing Freo supporters thought of? And the hostest of the radio for that matter? "well Shaun seeing as how this is your last game and u cant get reported are you gonna go out there and take a crack to the west coast eagles in there heads".

Trust a freo support to think of attacking your opponant cos u cant get in trouble over playing the best game of your career to end it off. Its no wonder why all the Freo supporters love Jeff Farmer so much. In 150 years of the great game Jeff Farmer is the MOST reported player in history. WOW thats such an achievement and about the only thing Freo can acturally count on.

When did it not become about the game? You play then game and granted on the field its "war" but after that its just a game. I dont get teams that plan to take out players just becasue you can. Its not like there playing a grandfinal. Its just another round with both teams no chance making it to the finals or top 8 for that matter.

The other thing that pissed me off is here is this radio host. Talking Live every morning to the world they have the morning time slot so all the kids on the way to school would be listening and considering the slogan is "driving you to work and school 6 till 9 weekdays" i think there is a good chance kids will be listening.

WHAT kind of a message is the host sending to kids. Because you cant get in trouble its ok to hurt people? How many kids are going to take that on board and think Mmmmmm last day of school coming up. I cant get expelled. and then take to a kid cos they can.

Its not a good thing to think of. And i am ashamed of what was talked about and laughed about because i dont think violence is funny. And i dont think becasue we can do something that we should. I think people should think before they speak there is a difference between banter and physicle abuse.

SO in conclusion i hope this Shaunie Mac has the right idea about the game. Play the game hard but not this intentions that are no desirable. but then again he is a freo player.

So i am so darn bored at work latly. There has been nothing to do and i am at that stage were i dread work because i know ill be sitting here for 9 hours doing nothing at all waiting for little bits and bobs to come in for me to do.

NOW i know i sounds ungreatful but the point is with nothing to do the day goes on for so much longer. It just keeps going and no time passes and thats even worse.

In the last 2 days do you know what i have done? as sad as it is i have....

•  cleaned my desk. literally with a soap brush washed.
• labeled everything, key shortcuts, draws, folders etc.
• Laminated everything.
• made new folders for no reason really.
• made first aid signs and labels.
• cleaned the first aid kit up and ordered stock.
• written instructions for any job i do.
• re arranged folders on my computer.
• put photoes up in my cubicle.
• cleaned my mouse, keyoard, headset and phone.

AND NOW im running out of stupid things to do to pass the time. :O( its annoying cos i really love my job but its getting to frustrating and boring. i have asked all manager and staff if they need help but no no they dont.

AND YET i sit here till 5 pm eachday waiting for the hour drive home in peak hour traffic cos that means i have something to do. HOW sad is that.

*SIGH*

So its over. all finished. today is the day i officially lose my boyfriend. WHY? Because today he got an iphone! :OP

So here are a few of my fav fails. The news paper one youmay not be able to read. Is of a man who was arrested and when he was being taken to the station to do a breath test for alchole he ate his own underpants so that you "couldnt smell it". SAD!
